We know that the interview season may feel even more challenging than normal given the current environment, so we hope to make this process as smooth as possible for you. The Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic States Internal Medicine Residency Program will conduct virtual interviews on Wednesday mornings and afternoons and Friday mornings on the dates below.

On Wednesdays and Fridays, applicants will have the chance to virtually join and participate in our Noon Report
from 12–1 p.m.
On Wednesday and Thursday evenings during the interview season, applicants can virtually join the Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic States Internal Medicine Residency Program residents for a virtual meet and greet.
Each applicant will have three 20-minute interviews with residency program core and teaching faculty. Each applicant will also meet with the Program Director, Julie Chen, MD.
The day will begin at 8.15 a.m. with a short welcome to the applicants. The program director, project manager, and program manager will outline instructions about the interview process.
Interviews will take place from 9–10:50 a.m.
(3 twenty-minute interviews per applicant, which includes interviews with either the program director or associate program director.)
The interview session will conclude from 11–11:30 a.m., with all program leadership available to answer any final questions from applicants.
The Wednesday afternoon session will be a condensed morning schedule.
The residents will have a meet and greet with all applicants on Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7 p.m.
